Does Your Cell Phone Need A Boost?

It's not uncommon to have issues making or receiving cell phone calls in certain geographical areas around Kalona and other neighboring communities.  I can't think of any single carrier that can claim they don't have a dead spot or two around this area.  The same can be said for pockets with slow data transmission through your smartphones too.  Well, now there is a solution.  The Wilson Electronics DT4G cell phone booster.

How To Prepare For Severe Weather In Iowa

Don't Let Severe Weather Catch You Unaware

As the saying goes, if you don't like the weather in Iowa just wait 5 minutes it will change.  Spring is here and it seems like every year we read about another weather related disaster.  It's important to be prepared, in advance, for the possibility that severe weather could impact Eastern Iowa and our community.  Have you done your "Ready Check"?

Be Prepared | Have a Plan | Stay Informed

There is a lot of information available (see the bottom of the page) regarding how to protect your loved ones during weather related crises including some items that are often taken for granted.  It's also important to remember that many of the items you may need after a disaster are also sought after by many others during a time of need so it's better to have them before you need them.
